FlatOut will seal punctures in the tread area of pneumatic (tubeless) tires up to 1/4 inch in diameter provided that the product has been installed according to directions. Should FlatOut fail to perform to these criteria, we will cheerfully refund your purchase price.
To apply for a refund or product replacement, simply complete this form and send it us (at the address) below along with the original product purchase receipt and FlatOut bottle and packaging.
